The staff isn’t just staff they are family! I am thankful I choose this bank to be part of my daily finances and family. I dont know what's going on in the drive thru, but it literally takes a half hour or more every time I use this drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous to be waiting this long when there is no one in front of you. I previously worked as a teller with Chemical, and this never would have been tolerated! At least greet the customer and let them know it's going to be a minute. It's common courtesy number one, and it's supposed to be a faster service than walking in. At this rate I could drive across town to Wilder rd where I know the girls would take care of my simple deposit in minutes instead of waiting for what seems like hours sitting in the drive thru. Please improve your drive thru speed for your customers.

This is a good bank to deal with, they have helped me with everthing i have needed help with, wich is more then a little,lol except they wont give me more money then i put inud83dude1c thats my only problem.

I have banked at chemical bank for 10 years. Moved closed to this one. They are horrorable. I can't cash pay roll checks. They ask me what I'm doing with my money. Like it's any of their business! I will NEVER go to this branch ever!!! It's sad I could walk here! But all I get is harassed and stressed
