Low quality, way overpriced. Staff just awful. Luke was incredibly disrespectful and had some not very kind things to say about his employers. Makes me question the integrity of the whole business. Would NOT recommend. There are plenty of better places that have been around for a lot longer that will give you no issues. High quality products for better prices than this place. Making Saugatuck look bad.
High prices, decent product. Drive your nicest vehicle to pickup orders, they tend to go to the better looking cars first rather than the less wealthy looking ones.nnEdit: went back and had a positive experience However, upon returning and attempting an online order I was given 3 different reasons why the refused to deliver. One of the reasons contradicted what the manager told me on the phone. Its just disappointing the old school smokers are being pushed out by people like this.
Great selection, helpful and kind service, and beautiful store. This felt like a store in San Francisco, Denver, or Portland. They are doing an amazing job. What a shiny gem for SW MI!
Curbe-side pickup is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is excellent. The product variety is getting better. As we battle long-term chronic pain, it is encouraging to see that Green Koi truly seems to care about the quality of their products and people.
Great service. Great products! Great people. Order online and pick up at the drive-through. You can also go in and get helped by bud tenders That are well trained and knowledgeable.
