Dogs by Design

Dogs by Design made our Standard Poodle look like a Poodle again! After I tried to groom him myself during COVID lock-downs I totally ruined his coat. No, really, our new neighbor even asked if he was a Russian Wolfhound!!! They transformed John back into the fancy, sophisticated, sweet international man of mystery he was before COVID. Thank you for your wonderful skills, superb customer service and understanding!

The guy that wanted to give my shop Dogs by Design in Douglas a less then one star review is not right. He took in 2 goldendoodles and they were over a year old and came in matted to the point of bruises under all the Mats and smelled so bad. It took me all day to do them and called animal control on them because they were so bad!

Great service, I called the day before wanting to get my dog groomed knowing it was short notice, they weren't able to do a full groom, but squeezed him in to give him a badly needed bath and nail trim! He's been groomed there before and they do a great job! Love these gals. Reasonable rates, and pleasant service along with a job well done.
