Picked up a beef cow today we bought from our friend Jim. Prepped by East Conway Beef and Pork. in and out in a flash. Great packaging, flash frozen rock solid.. Can't wait to try a steak!
This was one of my first experiences with a butcher to get full cow butchered. We lined up the date and I filled out the cut sheet. He asked a question or 2 about the cut sheet after it was handed in with a few notes on it. There was no communication about when it was to be picked up or how long it would take. This process took a few weeks and I had to reach out to see why. When I got the call to pick it up it was very little notice with a 2 day window to get it. Upon receiving it (wife had to pick it up because of short notice and didn’t get much communication) when there we were going through the cuts and found out that the cut sheet was not followed at all. I don’t think anything I asked for was actually followed. I didn’t even get the simple dog bones that I asked for. Keep in mind this was a full cow with plenty of bones. Overall very unhappy with the experience from them.

This is a great processor. The best we have ever worked with by far! They have it all. Great customer service, their cutting and packaging is second to none. They have done various species for us and we are 100% happy every time!
Had a turkey processed for Thanksgiving and it came back missing a wing. No one told me there was a problem they just let it go as is. Had pigs that were processed and also missed a leg because of an abscess I think they said, it was years ago. Good to be the only shop in town, but pretty poor craftsmanship.
