Exterior sign warped after 20 months material recommended by banner City Graphics was not marine plywood which is what it should have been. Colors were dull. They are unwilling to replace sign w/ the correct material offered to attach wood to it? Save yourself grief get a different sign maker for exterior signage.

My brother and I started a local moving company out of Bucksport this past summer. We bought a box truck and the mechanic at the place we bought it from told us about Banner City Graphics. We were actually going to have somebody else letter it, I’m glad the mechanic gave his input. Anyway, we took it to Banner City, Greg came outside, took a picture of the truck, got our email address etc. a few hours later he sent an image of what the truck would look like. It was awesome and exactly what we wanted. They had it done within a day. They wanted to let the truck sit to make sure the vinyl set in the right way. My brother and I pulled around the back of the shop after hours to check it out. It was the coolest thing to see your name billboard size on a truck. It was done perfectly. I remember saying out loud “holy $&@! These guys are awesome”. I’ve gone in multiple times since to have a 10 foot banner made. Came out amazing. On a days notice Greg whipped up a very cool Strout Brothers Moving Halloween sign for a trunk or treat event on short notice. I tell Greg what I need done and let him be creative and he’ll do what he knows will look best. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you own a small business and need your name out there. I recommend banner city for indoor signs mine came out great, but outdoor signs you should look for someone else. I complained about the sign they put up for me and I got a email back saying things fade if I want it to look different I should order another sign. Pretty upset that my sign went up looking like this and that they wouldn’t fix it unless I bought another sign. It wasn’t even up for a week when I found time to email them.
