The staff here are absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in the door to when we got our spa delivered they have been so kind and knowledgeable! When the spa was delivered they took the time to go over all the chemicals and routine maintenance. They even followed up a few days after to see how we were enjoying our spa and if we had any questions! We had a wonderful experience!

Excellent service and quality products! We have vacation rental properties in Bucksport, Maine and we purchased one of the top of the line Strong brand spas. Worth every penny and we are especially pleased with maintenance and service all year around! Will be purchasing additional spas for our other rentals, the prices are great and the overall experience is always pleasant! Thank you Island Pool & Spa!!

I liked the personal and informative nature of my visit at Island Pool and Spa. Hans was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He was especially helpful with the hot tub my family picked out. I got to know the ins and outs of my spa as well as the costsninvolved. Everything was up front. The staff are very helpful and polite, I’ve enjoyed going there to get my chemicals and they are always willing to give advice to keep my water levels optimal. We plan on getting an above ground pool as well and I can’t think of another place to go but Island Pool and Spa. I like being treated more than just a customer everyone there treats me like family .

I love these guys. Very affordable parts. The technicians are really helpful. If you're working on something and need a part make sure that you bring in a sample.

Had a new liner, pump, return, skimmer, and lines installed. Did a fantastic job, extremely friendly and helpful staff and was done in a timely manner once started. Would highly recommend.
