I ordered on line, my items wear ready to go when I got there

We went to purchase an inflatable collar for one of our dogs and a few other precautionary items. I had remembered from a previous visit that their prices in store are not what are advertised online. I wonder why it's more convenient to shop online. If I wasn't aware of this I would have spent an additional $25. When I brought this up to the cashier they seemed very bothered by having to price adjust. It's a great store and most every time everyone is very friendly and the store is very well stocked and clean.

This store always has extraordinarily invested associates who go the extra mile, whether in person or on the phone. It begins with the manager, Ashley, and assistant manager, Chris, and trickles down to every employee. On this particular in-store visit I dealt with Jill and Linda (two trainers) to help explore a complicated issue, and I had previously spoken with Caitlin on the phone to investigate if a certain product was in-store. Between all three, I ended up with several products and will hope it all works out but regardless, they are extremely knowledgeable and always invested in the customer.

Always find what I need, and the selections are always extensive, regardless of your let. I've never had a bad experience with an associate either. Very friendly! Please make sure to continue taking care of your employees! ud83dudc9aud83dudc9aud83dudc9a

Last two times I've been here both cashiers were very rude. One seemed like she didn't wanna be there and made us feel like in inconvenience and the second one was rude when we didn't answer her question right away because we didn't hear it. The store itself is great and has a really good selection but some of the staff definitely needs some work.
