My rating is based on couple of visits. To preface, I'm giving two stars instead of one because the nurses are awesome there. 1) Went to the ER for abdominal pain. Was there for nearly four hours. The doctor was more concerned with my attire than my pain. 2) Was told that I needed a CT scan with contrast. I was supposed to pick up my oral contrast early (heard this three times). I was then told at the check in desk that I was getting IV contrast. I went into the room with the machine and I had to ask the tech about contrast. She told me that I wasn't getting contrast. They charged me ahead of time so now I have to go argue with them to get $140 back. Going to St. Mary's for all of my care from here on out.

The staff is caring and attentive and everyone truly cares. You would never know it is a hospital. No sick people being wheeled around, looks and feels like a beautiful hotel. Great place to be when you need a life saving procedure.

When people say siteman is a great facility, it really is. I've been here multiple times for treatment and the services is always great! The doctors, nurses, and staff are super friendly and caring. The place is clean inside and out and they take precautions of everything especially with our ongoing pandemic. I have never seen so many genuine people all in one place. I am most likely a forever patient here.

GREAT customer service and very clean facility. I will for sure come back and refer anyone that is looking for an urgent care in the area.Wow, the convenience of a house call cannot be beat. Especially when the doc is very friendly, takes time to explain things, answers questions about a different health issue than the one I originally called for, and had one of the meds on hand. He was at my place in 2 hours, which is much faster than my regular doc could get me in. Time is money, so while this service isn't technically cheap, it is a great value when you factor in travel, waiting room time, etc. Highly recommend.
