This company alters their reviews because they can not handle what they cause them selves. Not all people coming in to this mess of a mental health enviornment are as ignorant or incompetant as several of these degreed people are at their job. Watch this get deleted as to prevent truth being seen about their own mishaps.. I mean why not just do damage control and try making patients out to be liars. hawittnesses

Too long of a wait list for my children to be seen. Only called me one time to try and put my child with a provider, I called back less than half an hour later only to be told that slot had been filled and asked me if I wanted to be put back on the wait list. They then sent me a letter telling me they had been trying to get ahold of me for services and that if I did not call by deadline they would be taking my son of the waitlist. When I called the receptionist was not polite or compassionate to the frustration/ situation that we had been receiving trying to get an appointment and proceeded to tell me that they could not book an appointment with me until I had provided proof that their father had given permission for them to be seen, even after I disclosed that I have legal primary decision making authority and that their father would be at the appointment should they need further verification. (After having gone through this during initial referral intake and having them express understanding). This second person refused to accept my answer, because company policy.nMy children had been on a wait list for over 1 month. I refuse to allow them to be seen by any practitioners if this is how their front end staff treat clients during their most emotional need times. The nature of the business is to enforce policy over patient centered care, especially during times of great need for mental health. I am incredibly disappointed.

They really help me a lot, and for quite a few years, the ACT team is like the best.

Never go to this place. They are judgmental and will only try to screw you over, not help you out.
