Good drinks! Great food and service. Prices are reasonable.

It was okay. Had the brown sugar half chicken. Tasted good but was dry. Overly priced for the quality. Seating was a little tight. Service was slow. You park in the back, but walk to the front. Good attempt at trying to be different.

Food was delicious both times I have gone (once for lunch, tonight for dinner). Drinks are very pricey, even the beer. Good selection of beer on tap but charging a dollar or more over what anyone else is charging. Mixed drinks, 2-3 dollars more! Service was slow and, well, confused. The service person brought is drinks that we didn't order but was so quick to drop them off and leave we couldn't catch him until he came back looking for another tables beverages. After that, our salads arrived before our correct drinks did. He blamed it on the bar. Since we had been seated in the bar, I could see they had only a single bartender for the entire dining room AND bar area, so that made sense.nStill, the food is priced well and you get plenty of it. And it is quite good, if a little cool from the slow service.nMy advice: go when it is not too busy and order soft drinks. You will enjoy the food.

I really have a hard time giving a business a negative review. However, this was pretty bad. The food wasn't bland, it was tasteless.nnWe received lobster mac and cheese and some sort of shrimp pasta. The pasta tasted like water, as if it were left soaking. There was no salt, garlic etc. When you pay 16 -18 a plate you can at least expect salt.nnAgain, I have a really hard time giving a business a negative review. The staff was very nice and they were nice enough to comp part of our meal. However, I will not recommend Rails to anyone in the future.

The food was pretty good. The service was a little slow but I believe that had to do with staffing and kitchen issues. Overall I would recommend it.
