I was negative 22$ put 42$ in, was positive 19$ the same day even though becoming positive, i got charged a negative fee for $39.99!! Again.
Made a deposit my beginning balance.was 21 cents made 5.00 deposit then bought dvd on eBay at 4.02 then new balance was 1.19 then bought bananas for 96 cents at walmart now I should have 23 cents not negative ,86 cents
Been banking with them for about a year now, never had any problems or unnecessary fees.
Always look forward to seeing the ladies that work at this location. So friendly & nice, always helpful when I need guidance.
We had a bad experience a little over two weeks ago to the point where we even had to contact the corporate office in Ohio ...we were assured the issue would be resolved and someone would be in touch no one EVER followed up with us ...not going to say the bank itself is bad just going to say stay clear of Spencer who works out of the Augusta and Auburn office he obviously only has making money on his mind and will misguide you to make it!
