I am a supporter of local businesses. I am giving a two star view because I’ve called looking for soup bone for the broth I was making. The lady that answered we very short and had no idea what a soup bone was. I figured she was having a bad day. Called today looking for beef ribs. Same lady answered stated they didn’t have any. I asked to place an order for beef ribs. The lady responded “you can but I dont know when they will be in”. She hung up. She is not helpful or resourceful.

Very slow at getting product fir customer

I will never use this plant again. Every pound of ground beef I've cooked has bones in it. It's gotten to the point that I dont even want to eat the half cow I had them butcher for fear of chipping my teeth. The premade burgers I recieved from them were not even vacuum sealed like they had done in the past. Im not sure what has happened as I had a quarter cow done here before and had no problems. Stay far away! It's worth the drive to go somewhere else!
