I don't remember her name, but the girl who helped me set up my account was very helpful and understanding, as it is my first bank account.

Excellent service---quick results

While their customer service reps are very nice and clearly overworked the trasition from Wells Fargo to flagstar has bee horrendous. First they sent letters saying they were acquiring both my accounts and that I wouldn’t be able to use my debit card anymore. Then I was left without access to my money for a whole week while they struggled to transition. Then they sent me a new card which it turns out I can’t use without fees attached that I wasn’t aware of. This transition is a wreck. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired for their inability to handle the situation. I am not the only one who has had a rough time with this company. I do not recommend using them as your bank.nAgain their customer service reps are nice but they don’t have a lot to work with so you’ll be on hold for a while to try and figure things out because they are overworked and overwhelmed with the sheer amount of complaints.

I never have had any problems from anyone. Great customer service! Love everything they offer
