The was my first experience with hearing aids and providers. After extensive internet reviews and interviews with Chuck at HearSource on hearing aids, I chose the new Widex Moment for reliability and performance as a World leader in technology. The Widex Moment technology with personal environmental programming using machine learning and iPhone bluetooth interfacing offers me more capabilities than I can imagine.nnI chose HearSource for their reputation as a professional and trusted provider. I can not say enough about their prompt and excellent professional service during my trial period. When I needed answers about the hearing aids I turned to Chuck. When I needed technical support for fine-tuning I turned to Aaron who would connect to my hearing aids remotely through my iPhone and make adjustments to my hearing environments programs. They were always courteous and there when I needed them. No waiting for scheduling an audiologist or travel time spent to an office!nnI put HearSource at the top of their industry as a professional and technically competent provider. I hit a homerun on both of my choices for the new Widex Moment and HearSource for my technical provider not withstanding savings of almost $3000.
