Purchased what was supposed to be a new undamaged A/C unit from this joke of a business through eBay. I received a used and damaged beyond repair unit instead. Messaged the seller and I was called a liar and a thief. They say that I’m attempting to return my old unit and trying to steal a new unit and they will restrict my eBay account if I return the used/damaged unit they sent me. And they wouldn’t reimburse me. I don’t even have an old unit. This was purchased for a new construction residence. This unit was 650$. After scrolling through their feedback I see that I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’ve contacted the BBB.

BEWARE! This place sold me an item off of ebay and it was missing parts then stated that I could return it but now the seller they hired skipped out and is not responding. Item is unusable! DON'T GET SCAMMED! This is the address that my item was shipped from when I bought off ebay as it is on the return label. Employee wouldn't give out name of company but when I told him I could track it he never responded!

I called to come get 2 items he had posted on Craigslist. I told him we were coming from an hour away. He told me to call him about 10 minutes out, and he would meet us there. I called when we were 10 minutes away, and he DIDN'T answer. I NEVER got a call back. We waited at the location for about 20 minutes but he never showed. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.
