Such a great dog store! I get treats from the raw bar every time that my dog LOVES! Also, the staff is very friendly and they did a great job with calling in orders and curb side pick up at the beginning of COVID.

Super cute little place to visit if you are on Main Street - the prices are high because they only sell the more premium tier dog foods, but they have nice chews and toys.

This is the only place nearby that carries my dog's food. They are always well-stocked to ensure they have what he needs, and they have tons of toys and chew products. They are super friendly and even during COVID have initiated protocols that protect everyone, customers and themselves. Love this store and so glad it opened in Speedway!

A fun store for you and your pet! Excellent selections of nutritional foods and treats plus lots of toys for dogs and cats. Our dog is always excited to visit!

I won’t go there again based on customer service. They have no problem giving minimal information on a sale (expecting customers to look/read signs for more details after the fact...though they don’t mention any “small print” in the preemptive notification before I even see any signage ), then once discovered of miscommunication, refuse refund of items before they have been taken into home environment. Will never go back again. This is after I spent OVER $170 in one sale bc of this miscommunication. Even while ringing the items up, there was no verification of sale situation to avoid confusion. I specifically stated the sets of six to get the one free while she processed the order. The owner/cashier didn’t confirm the understanding of the sale (since they were the ones to tell me about the sale...knowing I was distracted with a phone call in my ear during the entire time). It is sad that they chose to lose a customer, get bad review/bad word of mouth over less than $20 out of a $170 order plus future sales. Such are those choices.nnBc of the poor experience, I chose to save gas and spend another $175 with chewy.com for similar treats (including the salmon skins that my min pin loves). Sometimes it’s better to make the adjustment per miscommunication/customer service than to lose a semi regular large purchaser customer....just saying.
