I really like shopping at Petco for my pet's needs. The store was very clean and well organized. I was greeted by the staff as I came into the store. I can depend on the store to carry my cat's brand of kitty litter, which is the 42-pound bag of Fresh Step Cat litter. When I got to the cashier, she asked me if I needed help loading the kitty litter into the cat. I replied, that would be great and the worker helped to load the cat litter into the car.
I took my golden Retriever to get groomed and when I went to pick him up he was bleeding from his tail. I took him to the vet and ended up getting his tail amputated never ever had an issue with any other groomer until know. DO NOT take YOUR DOGS HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO LOSE HIS OR HERS TAIL...worst place ever to take dogs to get groomed very unprofessional.
I like this location! People are helpful, kind, and attentive. The establishment is clean and has great social distancing procedures. I give 3 stars because I have not yet brought my pets into this location nor have I used their clinical services.
Being that my new pet is important to me, and when I asked questions, the response I received made me feel that my pet was just as important to the store associate. Thats a great feeling. Other pet stores I've gone to made me feel not wanting to go there again. With that being said, I'll definitely go to Petco again.
It's the only place that i can find the food my dog likes lately. Easy to get in and out quickly.
