The best customer service!! Aquatics department is so clean and well educated in everything aquatic!! Wish vince was still there he was one of the most aquatics educated people around and I visit all the aquarium stores from Joliet to Chicago!! He even knew about every reptile and amphibian I asked about! So scientific with his answers and no BS!! Always gave me straight answers!! You need him back!!! I miss him and his gift with family! My kids loved him !! Always made us smile and laugh!!!

I had 2 orders to pickup. One was ready for pickup and the other I placed within an hour of being at the store. I called the store and they quickly picked the 2nd order for me. It was an urgent last minute order so I truly appreciated her help!

Even though the store had been going through a remodel, staff has always been super friendly and willing to help find whatever I've needed.

I ordered online and did curbside pickup.nI called to let them know I was there and the person on the phone was very pleasant.nThe employee brought out my small purchase and was extremely respectful and polite.nThank You for helping me. I'll definitely be back

Bad experience. Mr. Red Shirt was very rude. The fish guy made up for it quickly though and was very nice and helpful.
