Famous Footwear

Had to exchange shoes for a different size that we received as a gift. The people were quick, friendly and knowledgeable and offered to exchange with no problem. Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Nice!

Fantastic customer service & the deals are ok.

Maybe it is because we are still dealing with Covid but I recall not really having the best experience in this store. The selection is always lacking and the pricepoint for the shoes do seem higher than at the competitive stores.nnThe store wasn't stocked but again, that could just be the timing but 4 pairs of shoes that my son wanted were not available in his size.nnThe woman that was working wasn't able to help double check foot size but she was kind. She was the only person on duty so that could account for the inability to assist more. There were customers that needed to be checked out so I know that would take priority.nnIt would be nice to see some changes and more inventory.

So clean!!!! Hand sanitizer right by the front door, cleaned not only the counters but key pad at the register. Felt very comfortable shopping there
