Danville, KY location - We're from Lexington, but were visiting in the area. We have NEVER EVER had this problem at any other O'Charley's. Before I get into the problems, let me comment that our waitress said she was new and that it was her first day. From reading other reviews from this location, they either have a high turnover rate for waitresses or they train their waitresses to say this.nThe waitress did ok, she was a stellar waitress compared to the rest of our visit. Management and food were horrible! Took forever to get our food and when we finally did, our well done steaks were charred and SPICY, so the manager gave some lame excuse about seasonings they use cause the charred look and taste and the seasonings. C'mon, really?!? Never ever have I ever been served a steak that looked and tasted like this at any other O'Charley's location. Our steaks all went back and we told them no seasonings this time. The second round came out charred worse than the first round.nNormally if you must send your steak back at other restaurants, they bring you a fresh potato when they bring your replacement steak. Not O'Charley's. W e asked to speak to the manager again and when he walked up to the table and saw them, you could tell by his expression that he wouldn't have eaten them himself. Yet, all he did was comp ONE meal. ONE! NEVER AGAIN!!

First time being here ever I will come back again food was really good and waiters/waitresses we extremely polite and fast seating

Food was hot and very quick. Service was great. Everything was clean. I will say our booth was wet when we got there but in these times I didn't say a word. Just wiped it down myself. I'm glad to know it was wiped down. First sit down I've had since corona hit and was pleased with the order of things.

It was our waitress's first day and she did fine. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I had the seafood platter and it really wasn't very good. The batter the shrimp was fried in didn't taste very good and the cole slaw was very bad...not edible. Kinda tasted sour. The cod and the fries were okay. This easily was the worse meal I've ever had at O'Charleys.
