I received terrible experience from speaking with assistant Ellen on the phone. I was looking forward to a confirmation of my appointment; however it was never received so I called and spoke with assistant Ellen. She said that they had not looked at my appointment request and that they are not available on Saturdays but would find out. After waiting a moment for her to 'find out' she says ' I don't know what to tell you and what do you want me to find out?' At this point, I was really frustrated because i had high hopes for this office due to the reviews. They really need to update their website, because they don't actually have those times available. I'm sure Dr. Moore is amazing; however, communication and correspondence with potential new clients need improvement. The website needs to show accurate times available. Right now, it is displaying false information. Because of my experience with the person over the phone, Ellen, and incorrect information received, I won't consider ever visiting nor will I recommend anyone.

Dr. Moore is an amazing person and a wonderful doctor. Dr. Moore and her team cared and treated my daughter as if she was their only patient. They take time with their patients and truly care. I would recommend Dr. Moore and her team to anyone. Thank you all for the wonderful service you all have provided for my daughter and my family. ud83dude03

Dr Moore is great, she has a wonderful bedside manner. Its starts with her staff, very professional and friendly. Dr Moore makes you feel very comfortable. I've seen dr Moore for my toes and also my brows, which look amazing.

Dr. Moore is great. Fixed my plantar facillitis in 2012. Then this month received a wrong diagnosis at an immediate care. They took X-rays and said no bones broke on a running fall. After 4 weeks and more pain and swelling I went to see her. She retook X-rays and saw I had a broken ankle bone (fibia). Great personality, would recommend!
