I love their coffee/teas/food, and they have an amazing environment. I love to go work/read and also hang out with friends. One thing I noticed is that sometimes it can get very loud and sometimes that may be a bit distracting if you want to concentrate, but nothing your earbuds and relaxing music can't fix. I still love it.

In fairness, it was a very quick stop after lunch (and coffee) at another restaurant, so at Zion I just bought the Everything Brioche Bun ($4), as a take out. It was fine. My friend examined a shelf with some other products they sell - packs of coffee, coffee mugs, containers, signature T-shirts, etc, whilst I took a chance to have a look at the cafe interior design - it's quite modern, very spacious, well-lit, and minimally decorated in lighter colors - so, it's quite attractive, all along the contemporary trends.

This is what coffee dreams are made of. My partner and I stopped in for a light lunch and to get some work done in the afternoon and it was a haven in these “unprecedented” times. The staff was fully competent in social distancing/mask use and effortlessly bridges the barrier of the challenge or being a service establishment in 2020.nnBut let’s get to the tea, anyone can put on a mask not everyone can create a coffee paradise. Which Zion coffee has done brilliantly. They have a beautiful space that is comfortable and unique to their branding, ample and varied seating. And good god the coffee is great! I thoroughly enjoy a specialty coffee shop having fun with their menu and serving drinks that are unique. The grapefruit espresso tonic was so good I got two. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We both ordered toast, the avocado with egg and the seasonal veggie toast, while my expectations were low because cafe food is often neglected in the shadows of coffee, we were both pleasantly surprised. Best toast offering I have had in awhile, fresh, flavorful and beautifully plated. WiFi is great too.nnZion coffee is a destination attraction for Peoria.

Small businesses like Zion are so important to communities and neighborhoods. I admire their community support and activism. I appreciate their dedication to being fun and welcoming to all. I especially appreciate their dedication to the health and safety of all of their patrons and employees. It takes a village to get through a global pandemic, and they have served as a beacon of light, a shining example of how to value a community during a time of crisis. Thank you for being awesome, Zion. ❤ufe0f

Warm modern atmosphere, polite and talented baristas, posh and perfect menu of brews, toasted grains hauling avo, and amazing seasonal drips like sugar plum latte. I'm a bit intoxicated with their methods for putting together the oat milk and espresso. One of the few places I've been to, Provider in Indianapolis, Indy Coffee in Carmel, Sacred Grounds in Lafayette, working in the proper froth and smashing good balance right between the sweet and bitter ingredients. I've been going 20 minutes out of my way to get the sugar plum and spiced walnut lattes - ideal drugs for the winter blues.
