A good place to gather for a college or professional sports game and or event. Food is fair and priced accordingly. Cold drinks and good service. Often times a decent wait when a big athletic event is on television. Wait staff recognizes the business and many times exceeds expectations.
Most Buffalo Wild Wings are the same atmosphere and style, but what sets them apart are the staff and kitchen. The team at the Grand Prairie location are always friendly and attentive. Mike in the bar is especially good, I think he may be their best employee and does a wonderful job. That said, I have not had a bad experience here, just some that were outstanding. The kitchen is very consistent and that's what you should look for in a chain restaurant.
My first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. To be honest,not real impressed. Traditional wings were mushy not crisp. Boneless wings were ok. Philly sandwich was tasteless. Waitress was excellent. Atmosphere was fine. Just really didn't like the food.
The restaurant is nice and clean. The severs were pleasant. But the fried chicken didn't make the cut, it was greasy and undercooked. I regretted eating it. I couldnt finish it. I feel if i had i might have gotten sick. There was no use in complaining the damage was done.
The team here is always SO friendly and caring when a challenge occurs or there are the few unhappy guests (especially with new COVID regulations). Being in Management myself I understand how important it is to be understanding of everyone. This team here tackles it flawlessly while still providing great service. Greeting is always right as you walk in too. I order for our store a lot and anytime something is missing or we were a little late on pickup (sales life) they are quick to make things right. I have never had a poor experience here!~
