I had a small but urgent issue that needed to be resolved and Stephanie went waaaay out of her way to take care of it. She was amazing.
My husband and I would like to say a BIG thank you to Courtney Bailey for her wonderful assistance during a loan application. We live out of state, which may have made things more difficult for her during the process, especially with Covid 19 precautions in place. Courtney kept in constant touch with us through e-mails or phone calls, talked us through what information needed to be submitted for the application. She always gave us a phone number and e-mail where she could be reached and was very gracious and courteous to work with. Professionalism and proficiency all the way! Thank you Courtney! This is the best bank! The branch is so clean and the best music playing. But my favorite is the tellers.Stephanie is amazing! Even when she is the only one working m-f 9-6 she is so sweet. They are all so awesome, know me, we are like good friends and I always love going to the bank thanks to them
I have had dealings with several banks in this area. And this bank is by far my favorite. Everything is very straight forward and clean! Dora has been amazing to work with along with all of the other people that work there. I would highly recommend Key Bank on 800 E. Orem.
