I am extremely happy with Dr. Fell and his staff.. I had my grandaughter there with an issue and he took his time to listen to myself and my 6 year old granddaughter.. I never felt rushed and after having tests.. He called me on a Saturday nite to let me know the results.. I think this was over what is normal in these times.. I would highly recommend Dr. Fell and his staff

Dr. Fell is wonderful, and has been our doctor for 10 years. However, the office staff, in particular the Office Manager, Wendy Sampolinski-Lemcke, and Practice Manager, Jennifer Birkey, are nothing short of criminal. In the middle of a pandemic I asked to speak to my children’s doctor for several reasons. One of my children has a disability and had some things going on. Wendy Lembke refused to let me speak to him. She had a sarcastic and rude tone. As a mother I was very upset. Then I receive a letter From Wendy the practice was dismissing my children after 10 years; in the middle of a pandemic. While Dr. Fell is wonderful, he’s the only doctor my children have ever known, I absolutely would NOT recommend this practice. Their management is reckless and endangers the well being of children. It is clearly patient abandonment.

I have mixed feelings about Children & Teens Medical Center depending on the office you visit. The Algonquin office has a fantastic medical staff but the receptionists are extremely rude and of no help. I understand times can be busy but rushing you off the phone and being unwilling to show any compassion or understanding is unprofessional.

We absolutely love Children and Teens in Alagonquin and Schaumburg! But this location is awful. Not much of a help at all from staff and doctors. My daughter’s pediatrician was on vacation so I took her to lake in the hills location... big mistake! Got more help from urgent care than them ..

Dr. Fell is great !!! The issue i have is when I call to make appointments... the staff is rude !!! When I'm in the office they seem to be more caring but goodness when you need to call. I called today to make an appointment as my son has rashes on his face which are getting worse. Here is what i got ... He has a 3.30 appt. So i say i cannot get off of work it is 1.30pm already ... dead silence and says okay... i had to ask myself if he had another day or time because she told me she wasn't sure what i wanted .... What !!!! I'm not calling for fun to waste my time. So i say can i come in Saturday and i get .. it's emergency only call Saturday morning and they will let you know. Really !!! Dr. Fell please retrain your staff in the front as they are your patients first line and if i didn't like you i would have left because of them.
