U.S. Bank Branch

It takes forever to wait at the drive through. We opened our account here because they had multiple close branches. However this is the only branch left. You would think with the savings of closing both Provo branches they would have the people to staff the Orem branch. There is one teller. It’s taken 40 minutes

Davies was incredibly helpful! He helped me with all of my problems and was very patient and kind. Man deserves a raise

They took way to long we have been waiting here for 2 hours and the same car is still at the front also very unprofessional talking abt there social media to each other when we were waiting for them to at least say hi I would rate them a 0 if I could it had happened more than twice

I have been banking at this location now for over 7 yrs. For the most part I've had amazing service. However, in the past year or so with the turn over in employees the consistency of information and how things are done seem to vary depending on the teller. I've always for some reason or another always have problems with 1 particular employee Gonzales/Gomez, I believe. Today unfortunately has been worse beyond all. My 17 yr. old son was attempting to "DEPOSIT," into another account NOT ours over $500 in cash, they stated that was NOT allowed. When just 2 days ago on 6/10 he deposited $700 cash into the very account . So we changed the amount and stuck with the $500 and now same tell is telling him he needs an ID to make a "DEPOSIT" into someone else's account. I called to verify on the 1-800 # if this accurate, she stated, no if its a deposit, nothing is required but the account # when making a deposit. I called the branch & spoke with Gonzalez/Gomez and conversation was FAR from professional and I was hung up on twice from him when I was initially going to just come into the office, but then requested to speak with the manager Brian, he hung up on me. I called back and he stated to hold and will get him, he hung up on me again. I called back and he stated if I was going to insult him he's gonna hung up. I mumbled under my breathe and he must have heard, which I can understand how he took it as an insult, but to abruptly hang up on me that way .NO SIR, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. I did state in his position to cont. to build a positive rapport he probably shouldn't be hanging up on people. Maybe time to change banks or no longer go to this branch with lack of consistency!!! So bothered!!!
