Location been closed for a while but the drive through still open might have to go to the one nearby if you want to withdraw more
Every time I come here one of the atms is always down. Now they got new atms so I was excited. Not only did the atm not accept my deposit, but it froze and ate my card. Its too risky to use this atm location. You just know know if the devices will freeze with your card or money inside and your transaction unprocessed. And of course the customer service line takes forever to get to a real person and when you do, they can't help with much because they're not on site. Get it together Bank of America.
After my fourth visit to open an account, I have decided to go to a different bank. Zero ability to open an account without an appointment but I wasn’t told that until this last visit. There was one teller, one person who is there to help anyone who apparently knew to make an appointment and one greeter. There were no customers in the building and I was still told I had to wait 30 minutes. I was told to go on line to open it but you still have to go back to the bank to verify your info. No thank you. There are many banks who actually want new customers.nIt is not Bank of America.
Love this location. Friendly and convenient as close to home. Please reopen soon.
I always ride my bike over to the bank to make my deposits and the workers are always so nice and caring. They always ask me if I want a bottle water to take with. I love how there so friendly and always do my transactions correctly and fast.
