Person who waited on us did not try to help when he found out we wanted a refund instead of an exchange after trying on several other shoes trying to find a true fit.
Over a lifetime we depend upon our feet to sustain us for thousands of miles. Wear and tear begin affecting our feet, entire body alignment, posture and levels of activities. The owner/manager, Jimmie Koller, is very knowledgeable about correctly fitting footwear to a person's foot. He instinctively knew the exact shoe/fit I needed. Trying on footwear PLUS SHOPPING LOCALLY are greatly appreciated!!! I live 50 miles from Macomb; the short road trip is well worth it! They have a great selection and variety of quality footwear!! Would recommend everyone to shop and support this business.
I require a wide and they didn't have it but they ordered it good prices, nice sales people.
