What an AMAZING experience! My husband and I have been looking to put an inground pool in our backyard for the past 3 summers (we are VERY picky since my family has had inground pools my entire life) We contacted a handful of pool companies in our area and were never satisfied enough with any of the companies to sign a contract until this year when we contacted Nate at Premier Pool and Spas! Nate was professional as well as helpful. He answered ALL our questions and concerns throughout the process! His TEAM is also AMAZING we were blessed enough to watch it all go in and what an art it is......these guys work in the hottest of hot conditions non stop and get it done with perfection!!!!! We can't THANK YOU ALL enough for your hard work and dedication putting our inground pool in for our families STAYCATIONSnand MEMORIES yet to be made!!!!!

P & W has really impressed us - they are the most client-service-oriented pool installer we have encountered in so many ways. They are both highly responsive and pleasant to work with. My wife and I purchased a spa from P&W Pools and could not be happier. The entire team has been great to work with from sales, delivery and service. After we purchased the spa they came onsight before delivery to inspect and confirm that the location where we wanted it would work on our deck and the electrical was setup correctly. They answered all of our questions before purchasing and they have 100% delivered on helping us get up and running with our spa within the same week of purchase. This company truly cares about their customers and it shows. Highly recommend.

Friendly field personnel, but company has BIG ISSUES with internal communication. Requested product when service person came, they didn't bring it. Gave my contact # 3 times, not recorded... Requested another repair sevice, and no reply in 6 days. Requested a phone call before they arrive so I could be at my home, and sent data via email about replacment parts needed for repairs, service person did not get that, thus had to order parts causing a second visit. Office and service field personnel are NOT communicating...!nNice when they finally arrive ... But Requests for service seem simply ignored, and disinterested in follow-through customer service.nFinally - They charged for extra items on bill. Once finally a corrected bill came they added a late fee to the bill - being late with a correct bill was their fault!... Late fee is not legally noted on bill.nI'll need to find another reputable location that is interested in sales and service.
