Food is always on point, and fresh. Takes a little while to get it but def worth the wait
Great Mexican food. Reasonably priced. Great service and friendly.
I've gone here many times, but something has gone wrong. We received wrong orders, missing orders, and had to wait awhile even for silverware. Meanwhile, the waitress continually comes and gossips about the bus boy and how it's all his fault. She also keeps shifting the issues we're having on the place being packed, while it's literally at half or less capacity due to Covid. I really liked Rio every time I've got before, but I don't know that I will visit again.
Great food the chicken on my tacos had great flavor but was cold by the time it was brought to me thays why I gave it 4 stsrs instead of 5 other then that great food flavor and service.
If I could give less than one star I would. We tried tamales tacos and chimichangas. Every piece of meat tasted like it got warmed over in the microwave to toss it into a very good corn tortilla. Rice and beans were excellent.however everything we got was meat was disgusting. Dry and tough. I will never ever go anywhere again but my again but my favorite.. I tried to spread my cash around to all the local businesses but I'm sorry. El Mazatlan I will never stray again.
