I went in looking for a bathing suit. They don't carry them in store normally but they happened to have one that someone returned. It was a little tight, just barely but they assured me it would stretch a little after my first swim. They were right!!! It fits PERFECTLY now! These ladies were so sweet and compassionate toward me. I have found my new favorite store!
This was the best shopping experience I have ever had, manager Nicole went out of her way to find me everything I needed for my wedding day attire. I was insecure in one dress, she found spanx to help me feel more confident then helped me between colors and styles until I found my dream dress. She stayed with me for over half an hour to make sure I found the right dress for me. I had never tried on dresses for sizes and all her recommendations were the exact size for me which brought so much comfort. She even made my soon to be husband comfortable and involved him to make him feel welcomed. Hands down best staff.
My favorite Torrid location! Great staff, very nice and accommodating, and clean space. I try to mainly shop online these days, but I feel totally safe going inside. Torrid stores in general are awesome but this place the best I've been to.

I was recently transfered to the Vernon Hills,IL area for my job and was happy to know they had a store there! I usually go to the one in Gurnee even though I live in Kenosha area. Ladies are always so nice and helpful. This store has so much more of a selection to choose from.. Definitely will be back for more shopping!!!
