Called on 2/20 to inquire about a fitting the next day. After telling them the time I was planning on coming in, I l was told no appointment needed and c'mon in. Drove the 50 minutes the next day and was told they weren't doing fittings that day due to being understaffed and their main fitter wasn't even in, and asked if I was able to come back later in the week. After I explained my previous phone call and the length of my drive, I confirmed the PGA Superstore was across the street and I politely informed them I would be going across the street to get fitted and drop somewhere in the neighborhood of $2k on new sticks, which I promptly did. Won't be back again.
I went to the PGA Pro shop down the road, no one helped me. Felt like they didn't want my money so I came here. I came in and Marty asked if I needed help. I ask for a mens set that wasn't made anymore. But he took the time to look for them. We couldn't find them so I explained what I wanted. Marty helped me find clubs close to my budget and with his knowledge and analysis with my swing he showed me clubs that felt amazing. I've never been happier with a purchase! Thanks Marty
