The Carter’s in Vernon Hills, IL always impresses me with their friendly customer service. The gals that work there are amazing and are very helpful to pull articles or outfits based on the event/photo shoot you are envisioning! Highly recommend
I love shopping at Carter’s for my baby girl! But I was very disappointed at the fact that I went into the store yesterday evening and I was the only customer there and no one greeted me. A couple minutes later a gentleman man came in and he was greeted. Every time I go there I get greeted very nice by everyone and they are very helpful. But this time I was very disappointed...

Very good selection of attractive childrens clothing. Prices are competitive, staff is helpful, and we always find unique and cute outfits for our grandchildren and for gifts. This is a regular stop for us and we recommend it.
