Very poor service will not come back to this store and suggest that upper management take a look at who is working here...

Mixed reviews on Staff. Associate was very helpful on the phone looking to see if they had my size in stock for several different styles & then pulling & putting them on hold for me... HOWEVER... When I got to the store it was a whole different story. Granted it was 10 minutes before closing, however I was offered no assistance whatsoever, and informed promptly that they were closing... which I assume they were more concerned with then making a $200.00 sale. if my boss had known about that 30 years ago when I was in retail heads would have rolled!!!

This store has the worst customer service that I have experienced while I'm jumping up and down trying to reach the shoe boxes there are 3 employees at the register 1 is on the phone another with his hands crossed and the other just stands there customers are asking for assistance and they point to where they should go as for me twice an employee walks by me not once ask if I need help not even eye contact it's sad where has customer service gone it does not exist any more

Amanda was very nice and helpful! I will definitely come back and recommend this clean store!
