After receiving a heater from them, there was a problem with it regarding its performance. I then tried to call their customer service team and the guy just told me to call back in a few hours because he wasn't experienced with answer a question regarding the heater but I could call back later to speak to someone experienced. Then, I called back at the time I was told and nobody answered. I then, eventually got on the line with someone after 2 hours of trying to call them. The guy just told me to send them an email and I would get a response quickly because the guy I was supposed to talk to was still gone. I sent them an email and about 1 week after that email, they send me a copy and pasted email saying to call the same number I called before. Is this a joke? because I just got told to email them and this is what I get? I then contacted the original manufacturer and they were more than willing to help me out in a timely manner. I will never do business with them again. Terrible service. It seems that they just put a product in a box and ship it without even knowing what it is and how to help customers trouble shoot it if there is a problem.

These guys rock! I have bought multiple items from this store from small items up to a very large glass aquarium. Everything came in the mail earlier than expected and in great condition. Whenever I have a question via phone call or through the website, customer support is super fast to answer and a delight to communicate with. I just have to brag about how happy I am with their service!!

Awesome online shopping experience. Albert took his time explaining what I needed to know. I didn’t waste money in things that I didn’t need to. Thanks to him I was able to purchase more to get my fish tank up and running. Thank You Aqua Cave, and Albert!!!

Customer service doesn't get much worse. I have contacted them by email and phone four times now. I got one missed call, no message, and one email asking for a picture of the product defect 10 days after initial contact. I sent them the picture, no response. That was 7 days ago.
