Super clean, friendly staff, nice waiting area and refreshments offered. Short wait and the doctor talked with me for an hour! She was very helpful and super understanding.

Was seen by a NP and NP student. I was literally taken back by how thorough, polite, professional, and caring they both were. I've never been treated so well at an urgent care, or even my own primary physician for that matter. The NP student called me about an hour after I had been seen. She called to let me know she had done some more research after my visit and had some further recommendations. I was so impressed and grateful she took the time to do this for me. I am very appreciative of all the care they provided and highly recommend this location.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They don't care about following up on URGENT messages to doctor's. Called 7 times in the past 4 days because I still hadn't received a call from the nurse letting me know my script got refilled. Been without meds for 5 days now!!!! UNACCEPTABLE.

I've been with my doctor for years and have no complains from her. However, the Advocate system is getting worse as we speak. I called to make an appointment with my doctor and I was told that they had walk-ins so I could just go in the next day between 8am and 6:45pm. I went there at 8 in the morning only to be told that my doctor did not have walk-ins, that the walk-ins are for the immediate care, and that I would see a nurse practitioner. None of this was explained to me during the phone call. They did not give me any other options. The same happened over the summer with my son's doctor who is also with Advocate. It is like the system tries to prevent patients from seeing their physicians by tricking them into seeing nurse practitioners. It would've been a different matter if they offered me the choice of seeing the NP or waiting for later date to see the doctor. It's a disappointing experience and a very wrong system.

I used to go to dr. Cheung o carroll and she was great, but went to the va. I totally understand why she left bc this advocate system is ridiculous! I can never talk to my dr directly. Im standing 2 feet from the office, but i have to keep talking to the front desk and not to the drs office. I need some paperwork for bloodwork done for work and i called yesterday and they said they would have it ready in the morning, so i came in and there is no paperwork and im just standing at the front desk while the receptionist is waiting for the nurse to respond! This is so ridiculous!! Im leaving the advocate system bc of this!
