The honey chipotle crispers I ordered tasted as though they were previously frozen and barely thawed and heated. It was cold and really threw off my taste for wanting to eat it...The best thing I like about the restaurant is the 3 for $10 deal. If they didn't have this, I probably wouldn't eat there.

Placed a carry out order tonight for 4 people. When we arrived we asked if we received a condiment item to which the answer was, “well did you order it?” we responded, “yes, but just want to be sure it’s in the bag” to which she responded in an irritated tone, “if it’s on the ticket, it’s in there”. We asked, “can you get us some extra please?” She rolled her eyes and went back inside.nnWhile inside she immediately huddled with 3 other workers, all of them with masks pulled down. They were in a view for us that was a straight shot and brightly lit. They were looking at us and laughing with their masks pulled down well beyond their mouth. The lady serving us passed the condiment after what felt like an eternity to a different worker and the different worker came to our car to deliver it. We tipped her. We counted our food boxes and examine them as best we can in the dark and with little ability to sort through in the car.nnWe get home and open the boxes in our brightly lit dining area to discover BURNT to the crisp food. This food was 4 shades darker than it should have been and even tasted burned.nnMoving onto the fries. Stale and hard. No flavor and somewhat smelly.nnEverything else was fine. So 1 entire meal of 4 ruined and 1 side of 2 ruined (the other 2 meals didn’t have sides).nnWe call and they basically react with, “wanna come back and get a new one?” It was out of the question for us on a 30’ temp evening with 2 small children. Then they offer us to come back tomorrow...no thanks!nnAfter giving our address, last name and phone number FOUR TIMES because apparently they cannot hear or spell, we end up getting a refund with very little remorse.nnThis place needs to tighten up the ship or CLOSE. Will NEVER be back!

We recently moved into the area so chose this Chilli’s location yesterday for delivery. Not only they charge A LOT extra above the order cost - $4 delivery fee and $3 service fee, which was like 20% of our order.. we got NO updates or notifications from placing the order till delivery. Food was not fresh and not hot. Even our dog did not want to eat the leftovers.. Definitely we will not be back !

Chicken fajitas are amazing. 2 meals for $25 is a steal.

Food was good. Staff brought everything out to the car so takeout was really easy.
