Ordered 20 traditional wings for pick up. Food was ready on time. Sauce was good but the actual chicken wing was very elastic-y. Under cooked.
Ordered posted for takeout at 7:22 PM and the website displayed pickup time as 8:10 PM and ended up picking at 8:40Pm
Opened, but not ready to open yet. understaffed no longer able to take accurate orders, and will call police on you if you stand up to order.nnThis was a five star rating, but not ready for actual customers till well after the pandemic ends. ud83dude13nnWent with a small group of people and sat four at a table. Messed up orders. Give me and charged me for drink not ordered. They called police on someone from our table.
It was excellent to be back at Buffalo Wild Wings Vernon Hills. Great experience, very friendly staff. Great to see the faces of the staff again! Will definitely be back. So much better than carry out.ud83dude00
Sat at the front kiosk for 15-20 minutes before any server would even look at us to help. Food took an hour to come out and all the server said was the take out orders held it back even though others got food before me that got sat at the same time. Don’t open your lobby if you can’t even handle preparing food for people in the restaurant efficiently. Highly disappointed, won’t be going back.
