We took our kids for their first Dave & Busters outing today at the Vernon Hills location. Our waiter Mark made their first outing a very memorable experience. He gave them complimentary light-up ice cubes and made sure our food and drinks came on time. The kids had a blast trying out all the different games afterwards. It was a great first experience and we’ll be sure to come back again!
Always a good time! I almost forgot places like this existed before Covid-19. I will say that the food menu is significantly smaller than what it used to be, but still some pretty good options. One thing that is still the same is the state of their restrooms... still like walking into a truck stop.
First time bringing my 5 year old. We as a family loved it. The food was pretty good. A little pricey for our taste.
I went here this past Sunday, my kids played games yes the had fun, but when it came to eating our food was horrible the waiters and waitresses where rude, and slow, our food was doused in salt, we got extremely sick the next day Monday morning then I get the charge on my venmo account they took it upon themselves to change my tip of 3$ to 15$ dollars i will be calling first thing when they open. This is unacceptable!
Good fun and good times. You don't need a review for this place. But the staff was amazing. So friendly and polite and helpful. Thank you!
