I am continuously amazed that the branch manager has not been replaced. If it were not for a lovely woman Arianna, I’d have all my money elsewhere. I’m too lazy to change my auto pays. I have had decent service at other PNC branches, however. But Isabel is without a doubt skating.
I’ve been living in Mundelein for almost 3 years now. I’ve been going to this bank ever since. It irritates me that sometimes I would walk in or go through the drive thru and you are even in a good mood and sometimes you get very nasty service or attitude and it kills it for me. I have given many chances to this branch. But I think only 1 person there has been the nicest to me. Everyone else needs a attitude adjustment as your clients should be your priority. I don’t think I have ever been rude or even had to sit down and type a review like this. The only reason why I still go is because it’s so close to my home. But, honestly I have not been happy at all with the extra attitude or bad service I have received here.
Worst experience along with the slowest service. Worst PNC branch I've dealt with.
Why do the hours continue to be cut? Not even open on Saturday mornings anymore. Very inconvenient for people that still have a job to go to during the week. ud83dude21
