I was referred to Joe by my real estate agent/close friend when shopping around for a lender for an FHA loan on my first investment property. I am so glad I took the opportunity to work with Joe and Team (Team Spisak). Joe and Kayla are knowledgeable, professional and on the ball! They communicate effectively and kept me on track with the whole process, which went smoother than I had expected.
