Service gets worse and worse. They have “blocked states” so if your local utility has a payment center in one of those states they won’t pay your bill. And if u call n try to find out about it they are rude been with this bank over 20 years finally am fed up switching to another local bank
They are great bank to do business with! You are treated like $1 million customer no matter what size loan you're going for. They break down everything so you can understand it they work with you no matter how many questions you have! Definitely my go to bank from now on.
