Absolutely wonderful experience. Techs where helpful and friendly. Eye doctor listened to all my concerns and fears and helped figure out the best plan for me. She was very friendly and genuinely cared. Wish they had a bigger kids section to choose from as I have a small farmed face. But with help was able to find a small womens frame that fits.

The Opthamologist and customer service here at this vision center was fine.nPrompt and courteous was my experience. My teenage daughter is NOT in my vision plan so her eye check cost $65 and then $30 to redo the lenses in her glasses. That's a good deal as my vision plan is over a $100/year in cost just for myself. Each child is an additional $100/yr through my work vision plan.

Dr Singh is a joke. I have a shy child, and while the first lady who checked us in and did a basic exam was absolutely wonderful and got my child to cooperate well, he was very overbearing and very obviously acted like there was something wrong with my child, so she closed up even more than usual. He refused to even do the exam and said she needed counseling before he would try it. He then said he would not charge for the visit as if he was doing me favor by not charging me for not doing his job. You're a Walmart eye doctor, not a child psychologist. Get over yourself.

I had an eye exam for eye glasses and contact lenses. The contact lenses are fine however it has been a non-stop issue with a pair of eye glasses that are 100% useless to me. Stephanie/Office manager did everything in her power to ensure that I was unable to return my glasses.I tried to return them well within the 60 days timeline just to have my glasses bent-handed back and said here try these. I have lost $122+ and am not at all happy. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Makes no sense to buy glasses for $122 and basically have to throw them in the trash. I would rather spend twice the money and be satisfied than to fall victim to very unprofessional service at a Walmart vision center(not owned by Walmart).
