Looking for replacement latches and nets for Frabill minnow bucket product number 14042. It is still sold but I am being told that the parts are unavailable. Suggested they just pull them from a couple of buckets at the factory. Was told the product would then be unusable. DUH. MINE IS UNUSABLE NOW. Still waiting for an explanation as to why I can't get parts. It really shouldn't be that difficult. These guys are at the top of the 'Worst Customer Service' list.
Just ordered two replacement rods for my #Frabill Frontier Ice Shanty. There were sent Free of charge! Awesome.
