I love this place and the knowledgeable people working here. They're also so friendly, making you feel welcome at taking your time. There's so much to look at and decide on.
My husband shops mostly for us and always tells me he has a good experience in the store but I am fed up with my experience outside of the store. We were recommended two different types of hair coloring that was supposed to not bleed out and have amazing color. The color was correct but not the bleed out part. Artic Fox was the most recent recommendation and I'm now PINK as well as my bed and anything my RED hair touches. Thanks but you definitely missed the mark on this product.

The lady’s here are very helpful! I went to numerous salons and spent over $1,000 to get red out of my hair and go to Sally’s once and spend about $80 and was able to get the red out of my hair with the result of a nice blonde color!
The associate Julia is very rude and not knowledgeable at all but claims she is a stylist. Julia even made my 6 year old daughter cry just because she moved their shopping cart and when my daughter thought she was putting it back in the correct spot she made her move it back to where she wanted it. I did not know customers were responsible for putting carts back after use. I will never shop at this store again. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!
