Will be dropping Boost as my carrier ASAP. Phone broke, had insurance but was hit with a $20 deductible. Then, when told I could go to a nearby Boost and get my new phone activated and data transferred, told an additional $15 fee would apply. Oswaldo at the mall branch was absolutely terrible in his customer service (lack thereof) skills. Do NOT sign up for Boost, coverage in Dundee is not good either, especially on IL 72 in East Dundee and Hoffman Estates!
It runs on sprint. What do you expect?
