Josh was recommended to me by a friend who had a tattoo done with him in the past. I have to admit, Josh has done some incredible work. However, his customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced. He would never meet his own self-imposed deadlines for my design. He never really listened when I told him what I was looking for. I gave him the artistic freedom to draw as he pleased with just a few requirements. He didn't even make an attempt to get those right. I attempted to have an honest conversation after months of not getting responses to my messages. He wanted to continue working on the design. It's been a year and a half since we first connected and I gave him my $100 deposit. I still haven't heard from him. Be prepared to lose your deposit like I did.
I walked in for a small piece and Josh was welcoming and totally accommodating. The shop was clean and cozy and his work is impeccable. Would highly recommend! Can't wait to get more work done!
