Pushy staff as soon as you walk in, and when I went to check out, because my signature was worn off the back of my card, the cashier asked for my ID. So I give him my ID and he's looking at it masking *tisk tisk tisk* noise at me while examining my ID. I was spending $9 on shoe laces, and you need to question my identity over the purchase, ridiculous. Then the cashier who was overly pushy the second I came in the door didn't say goodbye, thank you for purchase, nothing. Just overall rude and pushy. Not a welcoming environment. They have a nice selection of shoes but the staff alone will send me shopping elsewhere.

I went in here wanting to try on Birkenstock’s so I knew what size I was. The worker told me I had to pay $20 to just TRY ON the shoes. Then told me that if I’m not gonna buy them right then I had to leave. He then said next time instead of ordering the wrong size online I should have came here where people know what they are talking about. The whole conversation was snippy and if I was planning on buying them right there I wouldn’t have due to this. I won’t be going back here due to this terrible experience. Other staff I’m sure are great but this man has ruined it for me and I will not be going back. I rather take my money somewhere else after this terrible customer service.

The service was fantastic. We bought 3 pairs of boots and 1 pair of sandals. The girls were so patient with my 96 yr. Old mother helping her .

I went for a certain brand of shoes. Clerk was VERY helpful. I'M sorry I did not get her name. Discovered I had been wearing the wrong size shoe. Definitely know what they are doing.

1/11/19 - I bought my wife a couple pairs of shoes here over the last 2 years and have had a good experience. The staff was helpful with sizing and recommendations. This is why the 5 stars.nnAll that said, I never had any issues with the shoes after the purchase, so I haven't had any experience with their after-sales support. I would highly recommend reading all the reviews here and going to Yelp for the reviews there. This store may struggle in that area.nI only recently came across these reviews... Since these shoes are often a larger purchase, I am definitely second-guessing ever coming back.
