The customer service at my PetCo is amazing. They all have high energy, love animals and are so willing to help and even make great suggestions. My store has everything I need and always nicely stocked. Other places, you have to return visit because they don't have. I just love my store.

I took Mia ( toy poodle) for first time to Petco grooming, and was surprised by the quality of service provided. My dog is a little feisty with strangers but the groomer took the time and dedication needed. Thank you Ramona for a great job.

We usually buy fish from this location and the company has a policy of returning when the fish die and bring a water sample. The last couple of times the fish have die and we take the sample of water to the store. The associates test the water and it is fine. The store manager informed us that we are unable to buy any more Fish from Petco, since, the fish die. We have followed there guidance at every step..The manager stated Petco will not be selling anymore fish to us. We called corporate and still awaiting for a call back..

We have two larger dogs who we’ve been sending to Ramona for about 5 years now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! She treats our babies like her own and the dogs absolutely LOVE her! We can always count on our boy Sam looking handsome and shedding less (he’s a lab retriever) and our girl Whiley (Australian shepherd) looking pretty as ever with her bows that Ramona always puts her in. We truly can’t say enough good things about Ramona. Thank you Petco for employing such a great dog groomer! She is the best!
