Reviews
Have had a few problems with this bank since the merger with Farmers State Bank. Now, we were sent a renewal for a lock box fee, with a date of 2019. The rest of the bill showed no balance but it had still been Farmers in December of 2019. Not our first issue with this bank and after discussing with friends, we are not the only people dissatisfied. Unable to set a transfer, have to phone the bank. No thank you, I don’t want to SPEAK to anyone at First Trust. I certainly will not make a lock box payment with an incorrect date. If I cannot arrange an online transfer, it is time to say bye bye.
